As long as it's not in court, it probably is. You're going to have to make a really, really good case with it though.

Hearsay is just that hearsay. In a tribunal you they have to have real people stating facts and evidence to back it up

Such tribunals are not courts of law, the standard is much lower. So, yeah, unfortunately, hearsay is allowable.

Sure... hearsay is permissible in almost any court even except a criminal court.. school stuff isnt even close to being a real court LOL

Depending on the school district rulings, the district, school, or school authorities would decide that.
