Tom Vilsack, former Democratic Governor of Iowa.

He resigned on Jan 12th to run for the presidency then quit that race on Feb. 23rd.

Gotta be some kind of record for the shortest campaign ever. LOL

Former Iowa Governor Democrat Tom Vilsack dropped out.
