It will cost anywhere from 5,000 Php to 20,000 Php depending on where you have it done. Big chain bakeshops like Goldilocks and Red Ribbon can make cheaper cakes because of their large production system; you can also get cheaper cakes from small shops, home bakers and hobbyists just starting out in the business; the more popular they get, however, the higher their prices go. The more expensive cakes come from premium cake designers and cake makers; they may look more "fashionable" and use more expensive ingredients, but it may not necessarily be what you're looking for.
If you really want all your guests to have a share of the cake, I think cCc's idea is a pretty good option. That way, everyone gets to enjoy your wedding cake--plus you don't have to pay your caterer extra fees for the labor of cutting your cake (you'd think that it comes with the catering fees but it doesn't!).
Another wedding I attended last year had something different--instead of having a big white wedding cake, the groom's dad baked homemade chocolate cake, one 6x8in rectangular pan for each table. It may not have been the prettiest cake, but it was definitely a lot more meaningful--it was the couple's favorite recipe from the groom's mom who had died in an accident a couple of years before. It also cost them a lot less. :) I figure they spent less than 3,000Php for ingredients. They had about 150 guests.

The couple or their family usually take the cake home. They don't share it with the guests. Instead, they have mini cake / cupcake souvenirs that look like the bridal cake which they can take home and eat.

I think you could go for atleast 5k - 15k at least the most simple cake but if you want the most beautiful and with all the design plus a good taste that would cost you tripple or so. Next time specify your preference.

my sister had it for like P5t. it's a nice one but done locally. focus on the taste as well as the design but look for cakes in catalogues and bridal magazines that shows enough elegance. not every one would get to taste the cake so don't bother about the size.

it depends on where you have it made. i'm from cebu and on my 18th birthday, i went with chedz. it was a 2 tiered cake with 18 small satellite cakes. it was really yummy and it only costs 4,000.
for my wedding, i went with a two-tiered cake with 150 individual cupcakes. it costs 10,000 because it's a designer cake by sandra lim. fondant with swags.

Goldilocks and Red Ribbon have pretty wedding cakes among their products. I think both of them have websites now. You might want to check them out.
