I started this job 4 weeks ago and it's difficult but i know i can do in time. but there's a problem because the owners and the CFO keep sending everyone these jesus e-mails and nobody says anything about it but they do talk about bible study and stuff like that. i don't care but they keep expecting me to join in and act funny when i avoid the subject.

You are stuck because it is the owner... nothing you can do at this point.
Now later, if you do decide to voice your opinion in that you are not comfortable nor in agreement and they somehow punish you... termination, etc... you would have a case to sue the pants off of them.
Otherwise... it's kinda like a Christian church being able to not hire Muslims... they get away with it when they own it.

First you need to print out every email that you got like this, this way it is documented that this has been happening. You may also want to forward them to a personal email address you have for yourself! Then you need to report this especially if it is making you feel uncomfortable! If you tell the owners and CFO how it is making you feel and that you feel there should be no talk about religion (and for me politics) in the work place, you feel like it is a personal mater and they do nothing about it go to a lawyer for advice!
Tell the people that want you to talk about 'bible study' that you feel it is not appropriate work talk, and that if they want to stay over after work to talk to you about it then you'll be more than happy too!! Chances are 9 times out of 10 your not going to get a response but they just want to solicited to you during there work time and not there personal time so it doesn't take up to much of there 'own' time!!
Hope this helps :o)
Good Luck!

If it makes you feel uncomfortable, you should ask them to stop. There are laws against discrimination for religious beliefs so you should not feel an threat of reprisal. If they do threaten you or attempt to make your work life uncomfortable or even fire you, you would have grounds for a harassment or wrongful termination case.
But more to the point. You are already getting a sense of what the work environment is like. If it makes you uncomfortable, you might want to consider looking for a different job. This isn't something that's likely to go away and since it's coming from the owners, it's not like you have someone to complain to.

sounds to me which you do no longer omit him that lots, because of fact in case you stop your pastime in January and that's now December, you have long previous an prolonged time without him, why hardship approximately him now? If he hasn't chased when you, then he's no longer extremely worth chasing after. particular you should deliver him a card as a buddy, yet it extremely is it. i might deliver him a christmas card, and bypass away a telephone extensive type to call you...if he would not call you, then end it. recover from him. i does no longer even tell him happy birthday in February. Did you ever tell this guy the type you felt? tell him the type you experience.

You have the right not to join the religion of the owner of your company because you are protected under the Constitution. However, this might affect your promotion because they might give favorable discretion for those who are sympathetic to their Bible studies.

If the people that have been there don't say anything, then you stay cool until after you have come off your probation. Then see how you feel about it. If its not worth the harassment then do what you have to do.

Do you really want to keep this job? If they keep this up, and you end up getting fired, you should sue the crap out of them.

Screw them. You don't have to be forced into joining in. It's the law. Just say "It's not my thing" or "I do my worshipping at home", (even if it's not true).
