Yes, and a judge ordered that she would be. Now her trouble starting mother has found a judge that has put another hold on her body and she cannot be transported to the Bahamas until she gets to appeal the judgement.

If this woman really loved her daughter (instead of just wanting her money) SHE WOULD WANT HER TO BE VIEWED AND BURIED BEFORE SHE DECOMPOSES, and stop dragging this thing on and on.

yes.but mommy dearest had an appeal done to postpone it .Anna Nicole wanted out of Texas but her mother is determined to have her buried there.Anna Nicole body is just rotting a way to where there probable wont be a open casket.i think this is Anna Nicole's mothers last dig in her .since Anna cant fight her on it .its just awful.she needs to be laid to rest by her son in the Bahamas like she wanted.

The judge refused the mothers appeal and they said she may be buried as soon as tomorrow, I sure hope so.

Her crazy money hungry mother got them to keep her in Fl. I wish they would just bury her already. That is so sad!
