Well it is true that kids of poor people will be further disadvantaged, because they can't afford genetic engineering.
BUT, I still support it. I don't think anyone can say the world won't be a better place if we can ensure our children don't have diseases, low intelligence, or unattractive physical features. These are 3 of the main things that cause people in society to suffer, and/or feel upset about.
How is this any different from people who marry others with blue eyes to make sure their kids have this familial trait? Or people who go for genetic testing to make sure their kids will not have any number of horrible genetic illnesses?
Anyone who thinks this is 100% wrong does not understand it.

a lot of human beings anticipate this suggests basically the skill to pick hair shade, eyes, and so on. I say, if the discern rather cares that a lot )and has sufficient money), choose for it. yet, genetic engineering could desire to be very functional for greater significant reasons, including struggling with genetically inheritable illnesses, including cystic fibrosis. i think of that could desire to be very functional and a huge progression in technology and well-being.

that's beyond playing god. When you raise children, you are actually raising young adults so being in full control is limiting their freedom. I mean the parents had a choice when they grew up and it's right for the child to have a choice.

NO! that's horrible! picking out your kids' genes is like choosing what color and interior your new car will have. it's just not right! GOD should be in charge of how your kids turn out!
