Use the fact that gravity is proportional to the 1/r^2 then you have E^2/(E+8800)^2 for the weight difference at the top of mount everest, where E is the radius of the Earth. Plug in the value for E and solve. This will give you the ratio. From this number you can figure the Percent difference.
