I miss glass bottles of pop. When I was a kid, I used to get a glass bottle of Dr. Pepper out of the pop machine. Then we'd go around collecting the bottles coz if you turned them in, you could get about 3-5 cents for them. Don't remember exactly, it's been too long ago. It was fun though. It was definitely the good old days.....

yep I remember those**wipes away a tear**.....Those were the days. I miss those bottles sometimes. Why? I don't know, but I do. And that yellow styrofoam quarterpounder holder too**sniff**
Chips came in weird brown bags inside the metal bags too. Life was good then.
I remember eatin a bologna sandwich and a flintstones vitamin, with a cherry popsicle for my desert, while watching Sesame Street...and Grover was addressing Kermit like..."HEY FROGGIE BABY"
I dunno if anyone remembers the old old old Sesame Street, but Grover never called Kermit by his name...only FROG or FROGGIE BABY.
That was a nice stroll down memory lane.
Thanx

Yes, those, and I also remember:

~ Pong
~ the day Elvis died
~ cool *** record covers and record players
~ gigantic microwaves
~ when Taco Bell first came to our town and it was unheard of to have sour cream on a taco!
~ Friday Night Videos
~ the launch of MTV
~ watching John Belushi on SNL ( I was only like 6 or 7 and I would catch heck from my parents for being out of bed at that hour but MAN was it worth it.)

Okay, gotta stop now....I just felt another gray hair spring from my head. *sniff, sniff*
