East Asian countries have the custom of putting the family name or last name first, the first name second and the middle name third, just like the Ancient Romans did. Thus, Chung Hee Park would be Park Chung Hee. In North Korean books his name is spelled as Pak Chung Hi without the ketter 'r'.

Alright: Eastern Asian people have a different speaking system than we do here in America, England, Ireland, et cetera. Park would be this man's last name, and respectfully would call him Mr. Park, and his close personal friends would call him Chung-Hee. This is the way with all Chinese and Korean names.

Maybe just Mr. president or something unless he's a parking attendant for another Chung. Then it's He Parks Chung.
