i would like to know how to make a call from msia or sg to state's cell phone.
here's the no i have--00197337xxxxx

From Malaysia, you dial it just like you have it there -- 00 (to dial international) 1 (country code for the states) 973 (states area code for northern New Jersey) 37x-xxxx (7 digit local number)

From Singapore, you need to add an extra 1 between the 0 and 1 like so: 001197337xxxxx
001 (to dial international) 1 (country code for the states) 973 (states area code for northern New Jersey) 37x-xxxx (7 digit local number)

If you are dialing from a mobile yourself, then dial +197337xxxxx instead using the + sign in lieu of 00 or 001 for sg.
