Is it legal to give my games away if I "uninstall" them from my computer and give the code to a family member? Will it work and is it legal? I don't want to be "banned" from purchasing more games... these games are just sitting on my computer not being used.
Thanks

Drumroll please. And the answer is - it depends. Read the original end user license agreement. For many downloaded games the answer is often no but it will vary entirely. For Big Fish, their license allows 5 seperate PC installations.

"You can install and activate your game a total of 5 times. If you need your codes re-sent, please click here, enter your email address and submit."

it should work. my friend let me install a big fish game she bought and it worked for both of us! also, if you go on ebay, there quite a few people selling these games. i don't think you will be "banned'.
