Yes, I save the top of my wedding cake for 1 year, and it wasn't that bad. So, i would say 1 month old cheese cake should still be tasty, as long as you wrapped it real well, and it didn't get freezer burned.

Will be very stale or possibly contain some mold.
Best cheese cake comes from a shop I know in Brooklyn, New York. Should be consumed within a week, and not later.

IF cheese cake is good before you put it in the freezer, Then you can either leave it in their for months and then take it out, let it thaw and eat it. YES
