Can other users on my computer see what I am downloading on Bearshare from their accounts?

I downloaded Bearshare a few days ago, but when I did I realised that it was on all of my family member's computer accounts. I was wondering if they were going to be able to see what I download from their own accounts.

Well if they have admin rights or the computer is older than windows 2000.... you bet they can see it all!
