That was a good price. The Superglide is only about $1,000 cheaper.
Go to the main site and see what they have posted for prices.

AWWW NUTS, now you got me curious.

Got to http://www.harley-davidson.com/wcm/Content/Pages/2007_Motorcycles/2007_Motorcycles.jsp?locale=en_US&swfsection=family&swffamily=dyna
and you will see the starting price for the Superglide is $12,395. Add 335 for freight and 650 for tax and you get $13,380. Only $620 less than the Street Bob.
The two up seat and forward controls might add $600 to the price of the Superglide!!

A 2007 Superglide is going for about $13,000. If you want a 2-up seat and you like the Superglide, look at the Superglide Custom. It is a little higher, about $14,900 but it has the 2-up seat, a lot more chrome, bigger tank, speedometer on the tank instead of the handlebars and a few more options. you can see att the bikes and get the MSRP at www.harleydavidson.com. The Streetbob has way too much black on it as far as I'm concerned. They all have the 96ci motor and 6 speed transmission so looks are the only difference.

I easily have ridden a raider for some years. i ultimately had adequate funds collectively to get a Harley. I went to objective trip a 2012 dyna huge flow. It had an analogous wheel base, engine displacement, rake and weight. It felt undesirable. I hate to assert it even though it became into nowhere close to the overall performance of my raider. I felt taken aback and saddened. the salesperson became into remarkable. He advised me I had a huge rapid motorbike, and specific could in basic terms be pleased with the vrod. I left. I back a week later and examine out rode the vrod muscle, and evening rod. I additionally try rode a fatboy. The vrod finished excellently. although the posture became into too very similar to a racing motorbike. I nonetheless am debating in this motorbike. The fatboy I enjoyed plenty. I rode a vstar 1300 for an prolonged time. they seem to be a duplicate of the fatboy. The fatboy over seventy 5 mph felt wobbly. yet at 70mph in 6th kit could be very impressive to trip long distances on. After being on the raider, the fatboy felt like a downgrade in power. The raider cruises comfortably at eighty 5. i will attempt an indian chief classic in all hazard or the victory flow roads. yet so some distance I easily have not chanced on an American twin cruiser which could compete with my Yamaha raider so some distance as stability, power, and convenience. absolutely everyone needs to pass try trip their motorcycles and purchase the on that suits your physique and feels the perfect. If this is a Harley than get one. If this is a triumph, get it. This cult like type loyalty is from many years of merchandising and media hype. i'm easily additionally a sufferer of it. If I have been very wealthy i could very own a Harley, just to very own one.

Go to the H-D website. It has the list price of every model. They don't have Super Glides because the York factory has been on strike for three weeks. The strike has been settled and I'm sure your dealer will have them soon. Be patient. By the way I gave Harley Charley a thumbs down because he didn't mention the strike. Any real Harley rider would have known that information!
