It can be both beneficial and harmful.....the judicial system benefits the most, if done properly it can solve cases even old cases.......but the down side is that people but high standards and lives on the line when DNA id involved and it has been proved that all technicians are accurate.....there was a case I believe in Chicago, where the technician was wrong in over 20 cases, and men were convicted on crimes using DNA....its no longer a questionable test.....its judged as an absolute.

Without DNA, there wouldn't be any living organisms.
