im the vp for our home little league i am interested in buying a laptop all it has to have on there is microsoft office. nothing else and i would like the laptop to be a well known name such as sony, dell and hp. my question is i want to find the right laptop for the job

Look at the lower end of acer laptops because i work in IT and have heaps to do with laptops. Toshiba and Acer are the most reliable and the best to service. HP and Dell have to get serviced more than any other brand. Sony computers are good if you have the money but you don't have to spend the extra when the acer will do the job nicely. I have an acer and love it.
