Trogans are logged in and part of Registry and have "self" healing properties. So no matter how much scanning or how much antivirus you try they still retain in your Registry and show up upon restart.

What you need to if possible is use System Restore and restore to an earlier date before the Trogan appeared, That will eliminate it from Registry and it will be Gone.

If you cannot do that, go to Google and find out what the Geeks have done to remove it. Then do a regedit and modify the Registry according to instructions.
