med school reminded me that mornings are better...i do not remember why, though...but stay flat on your back for 60 minutes after he ejaculates into your vagina to give the sperms a chance to make it thru the cervix and into the uterus...
inorder to increase his 'deposit', have him masturbate several times daily for several weeks, and before the 'day' stop for a few days to make the seminal vesicles to get packed...then have fun...
good luck

It is almost impossible to know when in the day you ovulate (unless you can feel it) so have sex whenever it is most convenient for you and your partner. Try not to rush and have fun with it....keep it relaxed. Remember you are most fertile 24-48 hours before ovulation and up to 24 hours after so there is a good window of opportunity! Good Luck!!

I've heard that just before you go to sleep is the best because you will be in the prone position for many hours and give those sperms an easier chance so they don't have to fight against gravity. It's best to have sex BEFORE you ovulate anyway, so even in you ovulate in the morning, you should have sex the night before so those sperms are there waiting for it!

I read that it doesnt matter, in the morning, males have a little more sperm, but not enough to make a huge difference. I was also told, it is better to have intercourse at night because you will be laying down, allowing the sperm to reach it's "area" better. morning, gravity pulls, making it harder. So regardless of when you have intercourse, put a pillow under the small of your back and sit there for about 20 minutes.....don't urinate for at least 30 min after. Good Luck!

It's better when you are ovulating, however, my doctor said that morning isn't the only time a woman can ovulate, so check with your doctor and they will give you a chart and explain exactly how it all works.

I conceived at night on my ovulation days. (I made sure we did it the day before and the day after my most fertile day as well!)

As long as your egg is ready to be fertilized, it doesn't matter! Have sex whenever you want and have fun!
