Ok, we all know that are predictions are probably wrong, but its fun to predict anyway. So who do think will win each division and the wild cards? Also, who do you think will win the World Series?

Ok, I'm going to start with the National League:
West:
I'm going to pick the Dodgers to win the division. With the addition of Jason Schmidt (Free agent formerly with the Giants) The Dodgers most definitely have the best pitching staff in the division. I don't love this team all around but this division is definitely up for grabs, I don't see think the Padres did nearly enough to stay atop the division and with the Giants and all the turmoil in their clubhouse I definitely don't see them winning, nor do I see the D'backs or the Rockies having enough juice.
Central:
In the Central I expect the reigning world Champion St. Louis Cardinals to repeat as division winners. The Astros will once again start slow and then come on strong late with Roger Clemens but it won't be enough to dethrone the Cardinals. As for the Cubs...money isn't everything. Pinella will lose his team when Kerry Wood and Mark Pryor once again get injured and Zambrano complains about his contract throughout the season.
East:
In the East I'm picking the Mets. Last year they were by far the best team in the NL during the regular season. I feel all around that they are still going to be good in a weak National League.
For the wild card I want to pick the Florida Marlins but I seriously question management's commitment to winning. I'm going to pick the Houston Astros with the leadership of Roger Clemens.
And for the American League:
West:
Out west I'm going to pick the Angels because of all the depth especially at starting pitching. I feel like they have great young players around the diamond but they're still missing another big RBI man to go along with Vlad. Oakland and Texas will be tough but I just feel that the Angels have the best all around team in the division.
Central:
The Tigers are going to take the NL Central Crown. They have a great young team and gained a lot of experience last year but it will once again be a dogfight. Minnesota and Chicago will be very strong and I expect the Cleveland Indians to play much better this season.
East:
In this division I really want to say Toronto is going to be good enough to win the division and dethrone the NY Yankees but I just don't see it happening. I expect a great 2 team race between the Red Sox and the Yankees with Toronto trailing throughout the season by about 6-8 games. I'm going with the Red Sox because I feel there is far too much turmoil in the clubhouse and Mr. Rodriguez will have another horrible year. Boston has better pitching and will prevail in the division.
The wild card is going to go to the Twins. They're by no means the most talented team but they're always in the hunt and will find a way into the playoffs.
For the AL Championsip Boston will end up beating the Angels because Bill Stoneman will once again fail in getting the Angels another RBI man.
In the NL the Mets will learn from last year's mistakes but will lose in 7 games to a Roger Clemens lead, underdog Astros team.
The Astros will be a great story but Boston will end up beating them in an easy World Series and Mr. Matsuzaka will play a huge part in Boston's success.

Haven't had back to back world series appearances since the Yankees. Therefore, according to logic, The Tigers and Crads will fall short. If "healthy" I could see the Mets vs the White Sox. The Yanks will fall short due to creaky arms and another poor A-Rod outing and "The Boss" will be singing "Glory Days" from his pressbox.LOL.
AL East: Yanks AL Central: White Sox AL West: Anaheim AL WC: Detroit
NL East: Mets NL Central: Cards NL West: Dodgers NL WC: Phillies
WS winner: Hungry Mets team!

I think the Cubs have amassed an excellent team, which concerns me because I am an Astros fan.
I love the fact that baseball is so unpredictable despite the money that is spent by certain teams. How can you count out the Marlins?
In the end, it's all about pitching, so don't count out the Twins....and whoever wins the Clemens lotto....

Detroit wins the world series. the addition of the sheff will put them over the hump.
i also think that atlanta will return to win the east this year, after all the injuries last year they are healthy this year
bonds does not break hank's record and then retires at the end of the year, after zito leads them to the playoffs.
cards meet the tigers in the series again
red sox take the al east
and both the white sox and cubs get the wild cards
