I don't recommend buying Anti-virus software on-line, and here's why. When you really need it, it is best to have the DISK. So CANCEL your order then buy it from a local retail store. If you have trouble with Symantec, then Call your credit card company and have the order cancelled. It's time that consumers TAKE BACK good service.
By the way, you will find that the BOX of Norton Internet Security is about the same as the download version, where YOU DO all the work. I also recommend that you get the PLAIN Anti-virus version instead. You see, the Internet Security version runs too darn slow. if you have Windows XP with SP2, then you have a good firewall with the Windows Firewall in the control panel.
