I was just wondering whether great writers of modern times such as J.K. Rowling, Christopher Paolini, Dan Brown, Stephenie Meyer, Stephen King, JRR Tolokein etc. do visit this site at all. If yes, please make your presence felt by giving us some clues in the answer to this question. It would be a great feeling to know that our favorites are out there sharing our views. Please!

I happen to agree with the other answers. I have seen Stephen King, Amy Tan and other in their band where they contribute any money they get to charities. I think all of these writers have there own thing going on.

I'm not a GREAT writer, and, I doubt if Stephen King, or Tolkein visit this site much.

Tolkien's many years dead, sweetie. And I wouldn't class the rest of those as great. King is very good, but not great, and the rest are just commercial.
