Just relax and let nature take its course. The baby will come when it is good and ready. Enjoy your last couple of weeks of good sleep while you can.

Yeah, babies aren't convenient.
They do almost nothing on the schedule you would like them to.
And wanting to be in labor by tomorrow isn't going to make it happen.
You can try walking, rocking in a rocking chair, bouncing on a balance ball, or sex. Those are safe, but they won't do anything unless your baby and your body are ready.
And your due date is just an estimate; it can be off by as much as two weeks in either direction. So your baby may just not be ready yet.
A study of premature births showed that even kids born at "full-term"--at 37 or 38 weeks--had more health problems, both acute and chronic, than peers that went the whole 40 weeks.
So unless there's some kind of medical problem that makes your baby better out than in, or puts you in danger, let the baby "cook" until he/she is ready to come out.
And definitely don't mess around with any of that castor oil nonsense. It doesn't work, and it can be dangerous.
I'm not saying this is you, but it always amazes me that women who've agonized about what to eat and whether or not they can take hot showers or run or take cold medicine or pain relievers during their whole pregnancies are willing to take everything into their own hands on the basis of some crazy old wives' take to induce labor. Crazy.

Um.. it will happen when your body is ready.
You will make yourself crazy if you go try the old wives tales of spicy food, castor oil, sex etc!
Have a nice long walk enjoying the freedom then have relax in a warm bubbly bath..
Get as much rest as you can.

don't take a hot, or warm bath...at this point your water could break, and you won't know it!
as for exersizing...you could stretch some...if you exersize on a regular basis....then go ahead. as for the sex suggestions. not just sex, however, the best you can! make it all about YOU!
get your ORG on!!! the stimulation of a life time!!! get the idea??
go for it girl! you deserve it ALL!
good luck to you, and daddy too!!!

Taking a shower and letting the warm water run on your breast helps stimulate contractions.
