It depends on the nature of the crime; serious crimes (murderers, child molesters, child killers, serial killers & rapists,drug pushers,) deserve "punitive' justice, as far as I'm concerned! I'm fed up with Liberal justice & the ACLU defending every smarmy scumbag that comes down the pike because we "have to protect their rights" Too much worry over the accused & not enough, for the victims!!!

no cause alot of my family are criminals, the only ones who should die horrible pain full deaths are pedophiles and rapists and people who commit really Hannis crimes like chopping people up and and really brutal stuff
