Well though apple cider vinegar has been claimed to be the cure for many an ill, I don't believe depression has any single cure. Depression, like most mental illness, can generally only be made less severe with medication and counseling. Psychology is a science with problems that are more difficult to pin down. Well many drugs have shown to help people with mental illness, often times personal choice can be a major factor into the improvement of ones own mental state, but not necessarily the only factor.

This and a hundred other home remedies. In most cases the placebo effect is at work and there can be a temporary "lift". The best remedy I know is therapeutic intervention by a reputable therapist. The reason being that self-analysis, the determination that one is depressed is and of itself a difficult task for someone without specific training in the field.

Sometimes a physical ailment manifests itself as a mental ailment. If it's just feeling the blues, well, it's a blue world right now and you have to kind of ride it out.

the only thing that cures is zits, depression can be mental or a chemical inbalance so i dont think good ol vinegar is goind to cure it, unless your depressed about your zits

No. Depression is something you should discuss with your doctor who can give you the best advice on what approach to treating is best for you and your situation.
