Can Indian student write GRE exam in other countries?

As if now there are no dates available for GRE in India, can Indian student write GRE exam from other countries like Singapore or Bangladesh or Sri lanka or other neighbouring countries to India? If yes what are the documents they need to carry other than passport and GRE ticket?

My next question is, Do you think seeing the caotic situation of the Indian students ETS will open some dates in India?

YES ! ! ! there is no restrictions from ets about that.u can write any of ets exams anywhere in the world.the only thing to keep in mind is u shoul have visa to get into that country u r trying to write exam.it is ur responsibility to arrange for visa.and yes except visa matters what u need is a passport and GRE ticket to appear for exam.
