I am in the freshman year and I have not yet failed one of my classes, but I MIGHT be failing this one elective, and if I fail it, will I have to stay an extra year?

To give you more info,


We are on a thing called a "block schedual" We have four classes each nine weeks, and the next 4 more, but all the main classes ( math, science,ECT.) go for a semester( two nine weeks).. if that is not enough info, tell me and I will put what you need up

But I am still going to bring my grade up! Well,, try to! & maybe you can answer another '?' Will it be easy to bring up about a 60+ F

Most schools schedule you in for more credits than are needed to graduate. My district requires 230 credits to graduate. If you pass all of your classes all 4 years you end up with 240 credits.

you will not have to do another year you will just have to pick up another elective sometime in your high school career. you have to earn a certain amount of credits to graduate and you will earn more than you need if you don't fail any classes so you have some room for screw ups LOL

i am on the same schedule and what i do to get the grades is get help or work hard to get better. you should give more info and i will try to help more

no by the time you are in g 11 or12 you will have spares so you will be able to take what ever you are failing then

you need to make an appointment and go speak to your gidance counceller and see - it despends how many requires you have and so forth - you may have to do summer school
