Yes... go to
Start>Settings>Control panel>Regional and laguage settings> in there find required laguage.
You my need the installable CD of you OS version for that.

Hi latin_flavor24,

If you have a Macintosh and using Mac OS X, you use the System Preferences. Under the Personal heading, you click on the International icon and click on Español in the Languages list. Enjoy.

Well, if you have a Mac, Mac rocks, then you can go to your System Preferences and click on the button that says International. It's a blue flag. If you don't have a Mac, well you better get one! By the way, Swaroop b, you look like a Windows loser!
