I had gotten an e-mail from them telling me I won something, I just want to make sure it's not a scam

99.9% of the time you get an email saying you "won" something, it is a complete scam. Either you have to do something or buy something to get what you "won," or they need your bank account information so they can "deposit" your "winnings." I would just ignore that.

Scam! Anything that says you won is a scam I just delete them.

If it sounds to good to be true - then it is.

Nothing is ever FREE, trust me. They want something from you.

I won a WII = or so they said. After investigating they wanted me to take a 30 minute survey. And before I could finish that survey I had to purchase some item or items. But I just had to check it out. :)

it you did nothing and they send you a mail says you won money, then it is a scam.
