I have blue eyes blonde hair as well, and here are some of the different ways I like to do my eyes. I don't really do these every day, but for special occasions I like to try new things...

1- Apply a light pink eyeshadow all over lid, make sure its not a glittery type eyeshadow though. Then, on the crease apply a shimmery rusty orange type eyeshadow. Line lower eyelid with a brown eyeliner and apply some dark brown mascara.
2- Apply a light light grey all over eyelid. On the crease apply a darker grey eyeshadow. On the lower eyelid line your eye with a dark grey eyeliner. Finish with some black mascara.
3- Use a white eyeshadow all over lid, and apply some moss green eyeshadow on crease, line lower lid with dark green eyeliner, finish with black mascara.
4- Apply a light purple all over lid. Use a medium color purple on crease, and line lower lid with plum eyeliner. Finish it off with black mascara.
5- Brown really helps bring out blue eyes. So use a light tan shadow all over lid, and a darker brown in the crease. Line your lower lid with dark brown eyeliner. Black mascara to finish it off.

For all these looks, go lighter on the lips. Use a clear lip gloss, or one with a hint of pink.

If you want to make your eyes stand out, use a bronze color all over your eyes, line with black eyeliner, then in the inner corners, line with a silver/bluish or white eyeliner. Then finish with black mascara. It looks awesome! Or you can do all of the above, but use a bright eyeshadow color to line your bottom lashes, no eyeliner, then still finish with mascara.

I would also recommend doing a light, matte color all over your eye, beige works well. Then on the crease of your eye, doing a dark brown and making the brush circle on the outer corners of your eye, blend, then add mascara.

Brown color eyeshadows always work well with blue eyes, especially if you are tan and blonde! Or try a fresh blue color, but stay away from the 80's blue!

I have the same complexion so I can honestly answer this question! I use a dark brown liquid eyeliner and I really find it a staple in my daily makeup regemend! I only use it on top though, for my bottem lid I find a normal brown crayon or pencil eyeliner and I line the INSIDE of my lid. For eyeshadow colors, I use a very light irridessent purple on my lid up to my crease, and an irridessent white on the brow bone! Finish with LOTS of black mascara!

Hope I helped! By the way, this look is noticible as makeup, but I'm in 6th grade and it is a natural enough look for me!

Blonde and blue-eyed, nice combo to have! You could do gold or bronzey shades. Looks great in summer! If you're doing pink, I'd nix the white and do off-white or cream. White and pink is too dollyish, I think! No offence! Try mauves and lilacs! That goes great with blue eyes! Have fun!

I am a blond ,and another looks good is a silver like color. I was told to do the same as you, but don't forget your blush, Always go from the bottom of your cheek bones to the top of them, make it look natural, blend. I bet your pretty, because your looking for answers and that's a good thing.I hope I helped.

FOR BLUE EYES

For Blue eyes - taupe, gray, violet, purple, deep blue (a darker shade than your eye color makes your eyes really blue), black (mix it with bright blue for a smoky effect)

Funky Favorites for blue eyes: silver, turquoise, fuschia (brightens any shade of blue)

tawny tones (shades of brown with a yellowish tint) perk up the eye & lavender brightens the blue in your eye.

Another secret for blue eyes is to use blue eyeliner on the inside of your lower eyelid...it brightens the white of your eye and makes the blue POP!

This website says that blondes with blue eyes should opt for browns and taupes, violets and lavenders & gives some different techniques.
