Correction please.... Kapampangan, Visaya, Tagalog and Ilocano are all Philippine Languages and not dialects. Like any other languages, they're all distinct as Kapampangan is not in any way resembles Ilocano nor Ilocano and Tagalog. Dialects are offshoots of languages like British English, American English, Australian English etc. Also, Tagalog (now Filipino) has certain dialects like Batangas Tagalog, Rizal Tagalog, Cavite etc. They have certain differences but can still relate the whole thought when conversing or communicating.
It'll be hard to learn fluently these 3 languages thru internet though.

Where do you plan to use these languages? It would be a waste of your time if you learn languages that you would not use later on. You learn a language because there is a need or you have future plans to use it.

If you plan to visit Central Visayas and parts of Mindanao, I suggest you learn Cebuano (Bisaya) which is the second most used language/dialect in the Philippines.

If you go to northern Luzon, off course Ilocano commonly spoken.

Try checking out this website to learn some Cebuano words
http://www.foreignwords.com

or check my website at http://www.cdoguide.com
and click on Culture & Laws. Then go to Local Language. It has a link to a Cebuano language website that includes audio files.

Just becareful in learning these languages! You know how Filipinos are. We are natural pranksters and would teach you wrong words instead. Before you know it, you are already saying obscene words to your embarrasment.

Unfortunately most Filipinos are not fluent in their own languages. In fact I am not that fluent of my own (Cebuano). So it is always best to get second opinion from other people and not soley rely on one person. Buy a dictionary translation for these languages preferably with English translation for easy reference.
