They have something called the 'kiretsu' which is none other than every organization belong to some group or cluster called kiretsu. They have a very vertical organizational chart unlike European and American which are medium flat and flat. They have 'kan ban' or just in time inventory management. They have quality circles for quality controls. And they have consensus seeking in business decision making called 'ringi'. In a kiretsu the leader is always important and his decisions are deciphered from his directions and from his body language. All the underlings are supposed to know the mood and objectives of the leader kiretsu downwards.
