Easy. You have to have a databse of all major search engines that is directly linked to the "submission page". Tip: Just search on Google and Yahoo. Type in search engine submission and you will be directed to a number of websites where you could submit your link for free.

Hi,
To get indexed fast you simply have to get a link from high PR site[if you don't know what PR is search in google]. Such sites are spidered all the time and if google spots your link on such site it will follow it and probably index you.
But if you don't know how to get high PR link or are too lazy here are few good methods:
-Submit video to google video, but when filling form dont forget about adding your websites url in box named: URL. It is marked as optional but dont forget about it if you want to be indexed.
-Go to ma.gnolia and bookmark your site, delicious doesnt work with google as they have nofollow in every link outgoing from their site.
-Write an article and submit it to ezinearticles or other such site, ezinearticles has biggest rank power and they are indexed pretty frequently but you can of course try other sites.
I think that this should get you indexed pretty rapidly, so hope I've helped.

Dont use submission form, indexing with it takes half to full year so it is your choice.

Create an XML Sitemap and submit it to Google and Yahoo (MSN doesn't have theirs up yet). You also need to get links from pages already in the search engines you want to be included in - when those pages are spidered, they will find your link, follow it and spider your site.

Build inbound links to your website.
Most of the directories online charge a one time fee to review your site and add it to their index. Here are three of my favorites:
