During the bustle in you hedgerow part it says something like oh satan, satan, there was a little tool shed where they used to beat me sad satan.
Of course it's a matter of opinion as to if it's there or your mind playing tricks on you.

All that "Back masking" junk is just ambiguous conjecture and false conspiracy garbage! Rob Halford proved that point when Judas Priest was sued in a court case over the same type of deal. When they were accused of influencing some disturbed kid into taking his own life cause he played JP records backwards hearing a message that "made him do it" , Rob also played a track from the JP catalog where the jury heard (and agreed) the phrase "take a peppermint bath" , and after THAT revelation , the case was dismissed...

There is a hidden message in the song. It starts at "If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now. It's just a spring clean for the May Queen." It goes on until "and it makes me wonder." There are a couple of messages. The first says "Here's to my sweet Satan. The one will be the sad one who makes me sad whose power is in Satan." The next message is "He'll be with you, Satan, Satan, Satan" or "He will give you 666." Then, it says "So follow him with worship, my sad Satan." At the part where it goes "and it makes me wonder", says "I will sing because I live with Satan." There is another message at "And she's buying a stairway to heaven". This says "Play music backwards, here words sung."

There is a hidden message in the song. There are hidden messages in plenty of songs besides this one.

If you play "the Batlle of Evermore" backwards, they say "I am the Bible, please spit on me". It's scary - i hate backwards music - it is so creepy to me. I've heard and it freaked me out for...years.
Not sure about playing Stairway backwards...I'd leave that one be.
