My mom has 3 kids and lives in MN. My dad was physically and mentally abusive and has been in and out of mental hospitals for 17 years and now wants to divorce my mom. Minnesota is a 50-50 split, no fault state. My mom has an incompetent lawyer that has cost her big $$ already. I'm worried we will lose our family home to pay for the lawyer and divorce settlement. Will this end up in our/her favor? Any comments well appreciated
