The black bear. if the mountain lion was cornered and forced to fight then it would probably win but otherwise it would run. Its encoded on mountain lion dna to climb a tree when chased, this is becuz lions depend on their hunting abilities, if they can't hunt becuz they're injured then theyre just screwed, whereas bears can just search for berries and nuts so if they have an injury they have a way to find food. This is why grizzlys are quite a bit more aggressive than mountain lions

The strong black bear since the quick mountain lion will get tired of running from the bear in which case the strong black bear will kill him

IMO, the bear. bear can take a lot of hits and can hit hard.
although the lion is pretty quick.
to be honest i really dont know. i love watching animal fights especially lions.
if you played WoW. just think of it as rogue vs warrior lol
