ok, there is such a country in the world. In that country, if you tell people you admire the president, people will laugh at you, however, if you say you disagree with the president and you don't understand how that guy got elected in the first place, you make yourself look like a smart person or at least a normal person. Would you please tell me the name of that country ? and, when did this tradition start ?

I believe that is the United State of America. It's nice to see how others across the world don't get it, either. Those that hate the President seem to think that the President has caused the world to hate us rather than look at the situation they caused as bizarre.
