There isn't anything wrong with having sexual fantasies. There is a big difference between thinking something and acting on it. If you continue to judge yourself harshly for your fantasies, it will obscure your ability to see your present relationship honestly. Instead, try to stop worrying about the fantasies and just enjoy them for what they are, and nothing more, and then let them go from your mind. Eventually your mind and heart will settle and you will be able to see your present situation more clearly. You may decide you should stay with your present partner. Or, you may decide you are ready to move on. If so, "remaining true" to your partner means you separate from the relationship honestly and openly.

Number one question you should ask yourself is...Why am i sleeping around with so many guys in the first place? It is very dangerous to have multiple partners! If you are so Horny...get a toy for heavens sake!

follow your heart and if you are with someone be faithful with them if you are thinking of sleeping with someone else ,then let your partner go,so they can move on it is not fair and youll mess with their emotions so if you are not into it get out dont destroy the dudes self esteem,he may be scarred for life .

it is totally normal to think of sleeping around with other guys.you don't need to tell your partner because maybe he also does the same thing..
i don't know how to tell it but it is our phychological action that were taken by our mind to put pleasure in the relationship.
