All time is a singular - it refers to a construct, an abstraction. Times plural however, refers to concrete moments, such as 4:14 monday, and 10:20 tuesday etc.
I hope that makes sense

It's "of all time". Time in this context doesn't have a plural, since you are referring to time as the history of the world. It's different than when someone says "The life and times of so-and-so", because they are referring to events in the plural, various occurrences in that person's life that cannot be lumped together. In summary, say "time", not "times".

It should be singular in that sentence. "All time" refers to a single thing - time. The only time (ha ha) there'd be more than one time is if you're in some crazy sci-fi multiple-time-dimention story =).

"My favorite food of all time" would be the correct way to use it. "Times" would be used in "5 times 8" or "Those were great times."

In the sentence you provided you want to say, "time"; it looks at time as one long thing, past, present and future.

when used in that context, you are referring to the entirety of time as if it were one object, so it should be singular. it you are referring to individual instances or occasions, then "times" is appropriate. (e.g. "i have had barbecue ribs many times. ribs are my favorite food of all time.")
