I have only had MTV for a few years now, so I have no idea, sorry.

YES! I remember "the good ol' days of MTV" - back when the music video was NEW! The artists really worked at coming up with clever and innovative videos - they were great, we're they? I LOVED those 80's music videos! Then MTV underwent a change to this cheesy, manufactured "pop" trash, - these shows about spoiled little rich girls, etc. and they ruined it all. I wouldn't waste my time watching this trash now! You're not "old" - you're "vintage" - like well-aged wine! - the best kind! *Ha!* Don't you wish they would bring back the old-time music videos that the network was supposed to be all about to begin with?!?! After all, it IS called "Music TV!" I still have alot of those old videos that I stayed up late nights recording! I love going back and watching them occasionally! Brings back lots of good memories! Hey MTV: "We want our MTV!" !!!

Yes I remember that!!!! I miss that so much. When I was a teenager, I used to come home from school and do my homework with music videos on. I can't remember the last time I saw a video on MTV.

Perhaps your getting old too. But your not alone there. I remember the big hair bands and some of the cool 80's videos. I used to stay awake late nights especially on weekends watching those cool videos and cartoons. I wish they had a cable channel dedicated to the 80's Videos. VH1 seems to be all over the map on this issue. Fuse died for some strange reason.

No, because of the fact i'm 18 years old and while i became into 12 and 13 i undergo in strategies that MTV performed track movies all day, there have been in basic terms a pair of realities yet they have been extra concentrated on track.

OMG!!! I must be old too (29) I used to love MTV, but after the rap took over in the early 90's MTV went H-E-L-L! What happened? I mean, one day there was music and then rap and now nothing but stupid people talking! WTF? I mean I thought MTV stood for Music Television not Misleading Television!
TO THE PRODUCER'S OF MTV: BRING THE FREAKING ROCK VIDEOS BACK!!!

I remember when MTV first aired, it was ok back then the videos were ok. Now all I can say is the MTV SUCKS!!!!!!

Yes I remember the first days. Funny how they still have that M as in Music TV. It should be IRTV for Idiot Reality TV.
