Just curious. I've done it and I know it's like a $371 fine here in Los Angeles if you get caught but my time is more important to me than $371 lousy dollars.

Want to learn something the easy way so you don't have to learn it like I did? Carpool lanes do not apply to commercial vehicles. I was driving a semi one day and had a passenger. Cop didn't care. I got a really bad fine for driving in the car pool lane.

I have . It was wierd bcuz Im so used to having someone else in the car that I didnt even realize I shouldn't be driving there :)

I can honestly say that I haven't ever done that. The fine just wasn't worth it to me. Believe me, I have been tempted, when the traffic was really bad.
