Pre-ejaculate has an important function, lubrication. But you also have to be careful with unprotected sex, because pre-ejaculate contains some sperm.

Correct, as the user said above.
Personally I like it because it lubricates the end of my thing (just enough for the head and foreskin) really well, but some guys feel that they create too much of it.
On the other hand, some guys don't produce any.

You are right it is no big deal. So a guy comes early, so what. He can keep on trucking and do it again in a few minutes anyway/

When you experience it as I do it can be very troublesome. when we start doing stuff, me and my partner, we end up completely soaked by the end of our session. So yes, it can be a big deal.
