can you put rocks in your trash can along with dirt for pickup or will you get a fine???I live in phoenix?

most services pick up household garbage not yard waste. however a few strategically placed stones now and then...

I think on the can it says "do not use for rocks, dirt, sand, dead bodies, animals, etc..."

sure, u can put anything in it, they are suppose to pick up garbage no matter what.
