I've been having bad cramps and very sore swollen breast but my period hasn't come could i be pregnant?

well i remember when i was on the pill i used to get swollen breats and cramps so yes you can be pregnant and no it all differs.so heres an idea if you have a dollar store in your area go to the dollar store and buy a pregnancy test they are accurate and cost only $1.00

Better get a pregnancy test. Not so much for cramps, but the sore breast and missed period are total signs of pregnancy!

It is extremely possible.
I would go take a pregnancy test. If you are, it could be ectopic (where the fertilized egg is stuck in the filopian tube) and that could be causing the cramps.
