I am not sure about what do you mean by Dues.. it may be an outstanding from your buyer which means " Debtors- balance " or your unpaid balance to your supplier it is called " Creditors- balance"

You may check balance of your sundry debtors or sundry creditors at any particular date... Try to get this info as below..

First method:

Gateway of Tally>> Display>> Trial Balance>> Sundry Creditors or Sundry Debtors

Second method: (if you posted your bills in bill to bill system)

Gateway of Tally>> Display>> Account Statement>>Receivables Or Payables
