1 cal = energy to raise 1g water 1degC, right?
So 1 kcal = +1degC per 1000g
Well, the evaporation rate at 50 deg C is small enough to ignore, so assume the 100gm water remains unchanged.

Then: delta T = 20 (+1degC/1000g) * 100g
= +2 deg C

So T final = 50 degC + 2 degC
= 52 deg C
