The light spotting happened twice and during four days after my REGULAR period. The cramping is still going on and so is the peeing. Could it just be me PMSing? I took the pregnancy test and it came out negative so I know I'm not pregnant.

I can tell you that taking that test doesn't prove you're not pregnant. It could just mean the hormone isn't strong enough yet. I think it may be an infection like UTI (urinary track infection). Either way you should see a doctor if the cramping continues. Also if you start having a discharge or strange odor.

Frequent urinating is the hallmark of a bladder infection. You can also have bloody urine and spotting from this, and much burning and pain or cramping in the lower abdominal area. This is the first thing that comes to my mind, and bladder pain can be mistaken for uterine cramping sometimes. Does it burn when you pee? Cloudy or foul smelling urine? Even without these symptoms, you should get it checked out.

I don't understand why everyone is thinking of pregnancy! If you just finished your regular period 4 days ago, there's your answer to that!

I've noticed that after my period I pee a lot. Has something to do with your uterus... But it sounds like if your still having cramps and are still spottin' that maybe you could be prego. I'd take another test and make sure you're reading the results correctly.
