Because people want to fight over her body & where she should be buried, To me it makes no sense. If shes dead & you have good memories of her, it doesn't matter where her remains are buried. You can never she her body again. Just Some ground. The memories are in your mind & the love is in your heart. Some people just get so darn crazy when someone dies, especially if theres money involved.

because her mom stopped it today with the appeal court and the body can not be released until further notice. as of this time the courts will be deciding on wednesday whether the mom gets the body or not. As for the child no paternity test has been established. Until it's settled in the bahamas on march 16th howard stern has dannielynn. site tmz.com reports though stern and birkhead are working something out.

WEll what do you really expect, Her Mother is proving just how much a Bi*tch she can be. Anna said it all.
The Child needs to go to her real father. Not some one who really looks suspious in the deaths of Mother and Son, plus being in charge of the money.Hummmmm

but the problem is all the laws and in her will (she wrote on 2001) she gave everything to her kid at the time and any other kids or spuses after got nothing but her kid she gave everything to died befor her and they also have to go by bahamas rules because thats where the son is

well, everyone is entitled to there opinion, but usually things lke this are decided in a court system, whether in the Bahamas, or the USA...Otherwise it is called a dictatorship.....
