I hate to be the one to break the news to you, but Al Gore didn't win anything last night.

The writer/director and producers of the documentary received an Oscar from the Motion Picture Academy.

Al was a narrator!

That would be like giving an Oscar to the guy who does the voice over's for movie trailers!

If you don't believe me, go to the Motion Picture Academy's website. They list everyone who won and Oscar.

Guess what, Al's name isn't there!

It is just more of the same liberal media hype.

I actually care more about whether I get hit by a meteorite than I do about I'll Bore's movie.

He's a spoiled little rich kid whose father was a Washington insider. He went to an exclusive prep school with the elites in Washington DC and then dropped out of divinity school with bad grades before beginning his political career (in lieu of getting a real job). He has absolutely no connection with the poor, gullible blue-collar Democrats he claims as his constituency.

He couldn't even win his "home state" of Tennessee in the 2000 election. They knew him for what he was: a loud-mouthed, pontificating, self-aggrandizing, ego-centric, inflated ego, phony.

When I was a kid, guys like him were always getting beat-up in gym class!

The left coast loves him. But mainstream America thinks he's a dork.

Yes. I was pretty happy about it... I enjoy watching history in the making... first VP to win an academy award and I think it says a lot about how the country feels about fixing the environment.

I really think Al Gore belongs in H'wood, so yes.

And when I posted a q about this, every third liberal pointed out that he didn't win, his movie did, and then they insulted me, but none of them answered my question. Just thought I'm throw that out.

I'm glad he did because he looked bloated after all the years (years as VP, running for Pres., etc.) he's had it tough and he brought up a subject that many people have ignored. He put global warming as one of the hottest issues for 08 and he might just enter the race. At least, after winning an Oscar, he can be more relieved and just relax (although he still will be involved with global warming). Thanks!

Al Gore is an idiot. Ask your hero why his house is bigger than yours ? He is using more and wasting more energy then you. Why. Do as he says not as he does !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think his brain has melted more than the polar ice caps.
