For the past few weeks we've seen the crowds more behind Cena rather than HBK. Despite how much more Shawn Michaels has done for the WWE than Cena has, the "Chain Gang" still backs him more. If the HBK/Cena match at Wrestlemania is a repeat of last year with Cena getting booed out of the building, I'd be happy even if Shawn lost. But does anybody else find the lack of cheers for Shawn disrespectful?

I want to add that most people saying they're Cena fans are the ones that like to jump the band wagon. They only cheer "good guys". Remember when Hunter beat Flair within an inch of his life and less than a year later him and Michaels are say "what an ispiration he is"? There are hardly any fans that truly stick with a wrestler and will like them forever no matter what. I was at Survivor Series and while I don't agree with what she did to Matt, I held up a sign that said "THANK YOU LITA". She saw it and gave me a grin. That was the highlight of the night for me. But you go ahead and keep jumping the band wagon Chain Gang.

I find that cheering for Cena is disrespectful, even if he's fighting someone like the Brooklyn Brawler. Cena has done NOTHING to improve the business. From my experiences attending live events and PPVs since Cena's huge push, I've noticed that 95% of Cena's fans are made of two different types of people: horny girls and little boys.

Personally, I hope HBK kicks Cena's teeth down his throat tonight. As for the Wrestlemania match, I'd like to see another "IF CENA WINS WE RIOT" sign. There was a guy a couple levels down and a section over from me at SummerSlam (in Boston, MA mind you) that had one, I'm not sure if it made it on TV, though. Also, Cena was heavily booed there. It sounds like there's a few boos going towards Cena at Raw tonight.

Cena sucks and so do his fans. I am not a die hard Shawn Michaels fan either but Shawn has done more for the WWE than Cena could ever hope to do. Cena fans don't know any better. If a Cena fan was my surgeon, I would fear for my life. That is how dumb they are. They don't know their history, they are ignorant. They also have no respect for wrestling tradition. They never saw what the WWE was like during the Attitude era. What is more screwed up is that they don't want to know their history, yet, they make Cena look like the greatest WWE Champion of all time. WELL HE ISN'T!!!! AND HE NEVER WILL BE!!! Fans who are new, put down the history of the WWE, and think Cena is the greatest thing since slice bread. It makes me sick. He has the worst, most ignorant fans in wrestling. They should start a new stable in the WWE and the knowledgeable WWE fans could start a stable too called THE ALLIANCE TO END THE CHAIN GANG. We really need that kind of alliance in the WWE. Cena and his fans are ruining the WWE. They are the cancer. We desperately need a cure.

Not really. Fans are going to choose their generation's icon over past main eventers. As much as I hate Cena and love Shawn, It's just what fans do. They relate to Cena because he's the voice of their generation, while Shawn's living out the hair band rock star turned christian with a receding hairline lifestyle. I'm not offended by it, I expect it, and it's good to know that people are ready to back the new guy, even if it is Cena.

Absolutely. Cena fans don't even consider greats, like Bret ' The Hitman' Hart, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Sting, Brian Pillman, SCSA, The Rock, Harley Race, Superstar Billy Graham, and many other Old School wrestlers as even Greats. A Cena fan hears the name The Rock, They don't think Wrestler, they think Isn't that that movie star in such and Such movie. If Cena fans would just learn their history, they would find out that Cena is a no talent piece of junk STRIKER. He doesn't WRESTLE. He Throws PUNCHES. He Doesn't GRAPPLE. Have I stated this enough.

I'm a Cena fan. My first wrestling event that I ever saw was Wrestlemania 3, I'll be attending my first Wrestlemania in a few weeks. My favorite wrestler of all time is Bret Hart. I know who Brutus the Barber Beefcake is, I remember Sting and Flair at Clash of the Champions, I remember Austin-Tyson at the Sellend Arena in 1998 (Fresno, CA, I was there), I remember Mr Perfect, Razor Ramon, I watched ECW and its still fresh in my mind as I buy as many DVDs as I can. I miss The Rock now more then ever as I realize just how great of an entertainer he was. I remember Stunning Steve Austin and the Hollywood Blondes. I remember being awestruck watching the Undertaker's ghost rise to the top of the arena at the 1994 Royal Rumble after his casket match with Yokozuna. I was watching at home when Mick Foley went off the hell in a cell and remember turning to my Pro WCW uncle and asking him "if anyone in WCW could ever do that". I cry every time I see a Eddie Guerrero video as I remember him from ECW and especially WCW, I was there (once again in Fresno) during his first Smackdown after he won the World Title and Kurt Angle turned on him that night, after the show he was shaking hands with all the fans and my brother got him in a huge bear hug. I'm a huge fan of Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Chris Jericho and Lance Storm as well as Edge and Cage. I still cry when I think of Owen Hart. I think the world of Terry Funk. I used to watch the GWF on ESPN every Wednesday at 1. I watch TNA as much as I can and think The Canadian Destroyer is the greatest move ever. So to everyone out there, especially Yankee 23 and the excellence of execution, don't you ever call me ignorant or tell me that I don't know my history. As far as Cena's move set being called into question AGAIN (its old people, get over it), after Owen accidentally broke Austin's neck, Austin became a striker, he was no longer the wrestler he was back in the early and maybe even mid 90s. The Rock was the same way. Sorry but I hold nothing against John Cena and him running with an opportunity, I unlike some people realize that John Cena is trying his hardest to be the next big thing that wrestling needs and he is trying to fill the shoes of The Rock and Steve Austin, which is damn near impossible. I'm not here to try to change anyone's mind about Cena, it does get tiring defending him all the time, but I can tell a hard working guy when I see one. Before you make a ignorant comment next time and decide to classify everyone the way you think they should be, just think about it first because its going to be you that comes out looking like a loser.

i like them both very much. michaels has definitely done a lot of the business and is hall of fame bound do doubt. he risks his body and life everyday just so people like you and me can have something to watch that is entertaining on t.v. he is an icon. at the same time john cena should not be discounted either as he is a worthy competitor. remember, even hbk was a new face at one time. he had to work up the ranks to be what he is today. i think people should give cena the chance to prove himself too. he hasn't really been around that long compared to michaels. i think that by the time cena has been wrestling as long as michaels that he is going to have accomplished a lot. hope this helps. good luck.

Remember when Triple H was going after Cena.... most people were cheering for Triple H. I think it will be the same when HBK vs Cena happens...... and HBK will be the next WWE Champ

Cena's fans are a little annoying, but Cena wins big, so his fans are very arrogant and cocky right now.
