what is the square root of 871 cause i cant find it!!!!! HELP

871 is no divisible by any perfect squares.

As far as I can see, the answer would be the square root of 871, and that would be it.

As close as I can tell, the only numbers that will even divide into 871 is 13 and 67, both of which are prime numbers.

If you're looking for a whole number, you're not going to find it. The square root of 871 is 29.512709126747412173092844635579. That's a long decimal...hope I typed it right.

Factor it: 871 = 13 * 67, both of which are prime. It therefore does not simplify.

Well I can't find any perfect sqaures that are factors of 871, so I can't simplfy it

I guess your teacher just wants the never-ending decimal?
